My first Facial.

If you follow me on Twitter or Instagram, then you will know the other week I had my first ever facial. I was lucky enough to have my face graced with none other than international celebrity facialist who is also a Liz Earle global ambassador, Abigail James(!).

Going into my facial, I didn’t really know what to expect but my GOSH, my face felt so much toned and higher up once I had finished. A facial is all about cleansing the skin and massaging the face. Sometimes we seem to forget that we exercise the whole of our body by doing little things like walking the dog, vacuuming, stretching up to put something away – just to name a few! However, when it comes to our face, we don’t do much. I know I’m quite animated when I talk but it’s not the same as treating yourself to a facial.

I had been told by many that the Liz Earle facials are in a league of their own and then to top that off, Abigail James was going to my my facialist, I really could have squealed! Abigail started off by cleansing my skin with the famous Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser by Liz Earle and then went in with the massaging. In the picture you can see how firm and tight the left side of my face is in comparison to the right, where the full massage technique hadn’t been completed – I was so shocked to see this picture. Seriously, I couldn’t believe my eyes!

I’ve got to say, the feeling of having a facial is something indescribable! I am so thankful to have had this done and I am well and truly a Liz Earle facial convert ♥
